As we grow older we admit to ourselves, even though secretly, that our inner voice seems garbled thereby resulting in that nagging feeling of discontent. I would like to share a fairly quick meditation that works wonders.

Sit in a comfortable position, even in your bed lying. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, hold 4 secs., then breathe out at the same time uttering the word ‘ohm’ while vibrating the body from beneath the navel. Let this vibration percolate your being for the duration of your exhalation. Do this ten times.
Now, this is where science melds with spiritualism. This vibration invigorates the vagus nerve the longest nerve in the body to which all others connect. The result? Your inner self healing guides you to increased brain control and hormonal flow which is almost everything in the mind physical plane.
