Ulrich is a Swiss trained certified chef with a passion for food and travel, he has contributed articles, recipes and pictures to many national publications. During his career which spanned from Europe to South, Central and North America to Canada and the Caribbean Islands he acquired knowledge in a variety of cuisines and customs in positions as  Executive Chef, Director of Food & Beverages, Restaurant Owner and Culinary Consultant. The blogs are intended to provide information he collected through his traveling and experiences as a 4 Star awarded chef. He will be posting travel blogs and provide a variety of recipes from his collection of over 2000 accumulated over years in 7 different countries he worked and lived in. He also submits photographs to stock companies and contributes travel blogs and reports to magazines and national publications.
